Pupil Premium Strategy
What is The Pupil Premium?
The Pupil Premium is government funding delegated to schools to ensure that all children receive equal opportunities to a high standard of education. Pupil Premium is allocated to help students who are currently registered for Free School Meals, or who have been registered within the last 6 years. Young people who are in local authority care are also eligible for Pupil Premium funding.
How much Pupil Premium money does our school receive?
The total sum can be found in the Pupil Premium Strategy document above.
How is the money spent?
At the start of each financial year Armfield Academy will publish an outline of how we intend to spend our Pupil Premium for the coming year on the academy’s website. The Pupil Premium expenditure breakdown for the current academic year can be found above.
When will the strategy be reviewed?
The Pupil Premium strategy will be reviewed after each data collection.
